Arrange a clear dumpling station
Read the recipe before setting out ingredients. Prepare separate areas for wrappers, filling and finished pieces, using the storage and handling guidance appropriate to the ingredients.
Gather the tools the recipe requires and leave room to work without crossing over the finished pieces. Keep raw ingredients separate from ready-to-eat food.
